- Purpose

- Shipping costs

The total shipping will also be automatically calculated when placing your order in the Online Store. Please note that the factors in this calculation may vary and change without prior notice.
- Expeditions and Deliveries / Pick-up at the Manuel Francisco Simas Rainha Physical Store
5.1 In general, after dispatch, an order at the Manuel Francisco Simas Rainha Online Store takes time to be delivered:
– Between 3 to 5 days to Azores;
– Between 5 to 9 working days for Mainland Portugal and Madeira;
– About 15 working days to Peninsular Spain;
– About 18 working days to the rest of Europe;

5.6 The Manuel Francisco Simas Rainha Online Store has contracted services with specialized carriers for the purposes of deliveries in Portugal, Europe and most countries in the world. Every effort is made to meet the shipping and delivery deadlines, however, it should be noted that the possible delays in delivery is not the responsibility of company Manuel Francisco Simas Rainha, and it is not possible, in these cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.
5.7 Most deliveries are made during business hours on business days to the shipping address determined by the customer when submitting an order.
5.8 In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the transport company due to absence, it is always left a notice of passage in the customer’s mailbox with the carrier’s instructions. - Applicable law
6.1 The Manuel Francisco Simas Rainha Online Store recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to return, within 14 (fourteen) days, the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law no 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.
